Looking at the View

Supervision for Counsellors, Practitioners, and Support Professionals

Supervision is a professional and therapeutic space where your work can be held with care, curiosity, and integrity. It offers time to pause, reflect, and think together about your practice, supporting you in deepening your understanding of both your clients’ experiences and your own responses in the work.

I offer supervision for counsellors, therapists, practitioners, and organisations working with adults, children, young people, and families. This includes one-to-one and group supervision, therapeutic coaching, and reflective spaces for teams and services. Whether you are in private practice, agency work, education, healthcare, or the voluntary sector, supervision provides a vital confidential space to process complexity, strengthen awareness, and sustain your wellbeing in demanding roles.

Our work together begins with getting to know you,  your workload, your setting, and what you need from supervision. I aim to create a relationship that feels safe, supportive, and real, where you can speak openly about your work and be met with warmth, honesty, and respect. I will support you when things feel heavy, gently challenge you when it is helpful, and work alongside you to explore ethical questions, professional boundaries, and the emotional impact of your work.

I am a qualified Supervisor with a Level 7 qualification in Supervision, and I offer both individual and group supervision. My relational, integrative approach is inclusive and collaborative, with authenticity at the heart of everything I do. Your supervision is shaped around you,  your client work, case management, organisational context, and professional development.

It is a unique space to explore who you are as a practitioner and who you are becoming.  Professional and clinical supervision is not only for counsellors. It can be deeply valuable for social workers, healthcare professionals, therapists, educators, and anyone supporting others or leading teams in emotionally demanding environments.

Alongside my counselling and supervisory training, I bring a rich professional background that includes working with adults, children and young people, families, and multidisciplinary teams across health, social care, education, charities, and community services. My experience also includes creative and sound-based approaches, trauma-informed practice, ACEs, criminal justice and historic behaviour patterns, and working with gender, sexuality and relationship diverse (GSRD) clients, including people navigating significant life changes.

At the heart of my supervision is the relationship we create together,  a thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative space where your work can be safely held, explored, and supported to grow.
