Sound healing and meditation combined are a natural, soothing way to bring clarity and rejuvenation to the body. This therapy aligns brainwaves into a frequency that allows your body to enter into a state of calm, leaving you feeling refreshed and rebalanced. The sound vibrations are made by using healing instruments which individually produce pure sound and vibrations that react in a positive way with your body, supporting your mind to find a place of deep relaxation which then allows your body to become fully rested.

The human body has about 70% of water, every cell in our body responds to sound, if you imagine throwing a pebble into a lake and watching the ripples move through the water, this is the effect the vibrations of sound will have on the inside of your body, It has been described by others as a cleansing inner massage.

Sound therapy is a complementary medicine, the therapeutic experience supports symptoms of insomnia, digestive problems, pain relief, tension headaches, releases toxins and blockages from the body, helps to regulate blood pressure, reduces negative behaviours, rebalances the energy system, and moves you from feeling stress and tension to having a sense of stillness and stability.
