Touch Stone Group - Connect/meditation/aura cards/crystals/moon/Sound
Monthly meet-up group, a mix of sound meditation/visualisation (Seated), connection with self and others in a relaxed therapeutic atmosphere. We will connect, relax and explore as we touch on the month, use mindful meditation, sound, crystals and pull aura and tarot cards to reflect.

Touch Stone is a gentle, nurturing monthly group for adults (18+), a place to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. In a world that moves fast, this is your invitation to slow down, reflect, and set intentions for the month ahead in a mindful, meaningful way.
Each month, we gather to “touch stone” to check in with where you are emotionally, mentally and energetically, and to reconnect with what you need as the new month begins.
